Bryan McCoy is as tough as nails. He comes from a family of fearless individuals who love to take risks. His grandfather as well as his grandmother were race car drivers. To be honest, Bryan is from a small town in New Mexico.

But his grandfather helped build the first-ever race car track there called Uranium Speedway. His whole family is fascinated with racing and cars. Bryan McCoy grew up on a ranch but his family became a huge source of motivation for him.

When he was a kid, he used to look up to Evil Knievel. His stunts and moves would be an inspiration for Bryan. He would try to imitate him, but he would fail again and again. That’s why his father used to call him “Awful Knaweful”.

But despite his failures, he kept at it. He wanted to pursue a career as a stuntman. His dream was to see his name on the empty star on the Hollywood Boulevard sidewalk.

He moved here and there in search of work, from Albuquerque to Grants, back to Albuquerque, and then Los Angeles. It is in this city that he tried to work gigs. After four hard years of working small gigs, he got to work in a small budget movie. He received his SAG card.

Now, after years of persevering, he has founded his own business Real McCoy Stunts. He wants to bring recognition to stuntmen as they deserve. Bryan is a rebel who not only races but does fire burns, wirework, automatic weapons, and falls.

Even though it is a job that is full of chaos, Bryan McCoy likes the risk-taking, innovative thinking, and bravery it involves. Bryan is honoured to be a part of the stunt community.
